Manc-Riders Challenge 2018
Each year MancRiders have come up with a Challange ride to get out on motorcycles and earn points for fun and a trophy. They always have an entry fee for riders with the option to raise more money via sponsorship too but only if they wish to. They nominate a charity each year and the fantastic guys at MancRiders have decided they will donate all the money raised this year to Merseyside & Cheshire Blood Bikes! Last year they had roughly 8 riders met the challenge and raised just under £900 for FACT in Manchester, (Though there was a £500 contribution from the Police Charity fund that one of the chaps works for). So far this year with registered riders they have raised £340 and are hoping to break the £1000 barrier. The challenge is also a social thing to get folk out riding, meet up and have lots of banter with points being available for the dubious honour of Challange Champion. MancRiders are a small riding group of motorcyclists who basically all used the same mechanic and he had a forum, the mechanics forum fell apart so they made their own and carried on as a group of biker mates. Merseyside & Cheshire Blood Bikes would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for helping raise funds for us. Entrance fee is £20.00 and all of this goes to this worthy cause.
Payment can be made via Paypal to the following address:-
Please make sure the payment goes through as a payment to ‘friends or family’ as then Paypal don’t take any fees. Once paid, a Challenge folder will be made up for you to place your location evidence. By the end of January you will receive via email your ‘Rider Card’ Challenge starts on the 1st February and runs until the 30th November
